People and Culture Forum

This event featured speakers in a number of rooms, each designed to reflect that speakers’ company and story. The ?What If! main stage reflected the values and people focus of the company with a revolving series of people images. The Carphone Warehouse room used the Mowbli character to show the playful culture of the company whilst brochures hung above the delegates heads. The Timpson room used hundreds of old shoes ‘walking’ across the set and in piles on the floor whilst images of the comic-strip internal communication flashed up on plasma screens.
